Service & Repair
In-warranty repairs are completed with all parts, labor, and return shipping costs being covered by UFlyMike. In-warranty repairs within the first 30 days of purchase may be sent a replacement at the discretion of UFlyMike. UFlyMike is not responsible for shipping costs incurred in order to get the microphone to us to repair. Warranty does not cover loaner units.
Warranty repair does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, abuse, modification, or damage resulting from use of the product with anything other than it's intended purpose.
Out-of-warranty repairs will be charged part(s) cost, a single flat rate labor charge, as well as return shipping which varies by location and speed of service. For an estimate of how much your repair will cost, please contact us.
Getting Your Product Repaired
If you believe that your product is in need of service or repair, please contact us first. Many issues experienced by users can be fixed without the need to send the product in. Repairs are usually completed in 7-10 business days, however, this is not a guarantee of service time. Expedited services are available upon request.
1. Choose a payment method: (In-Warranty Repairs may skip this step)
Out-of-Warranty repairs require payment to be made before the product is returned. You may either include a check in the package for the full amount, call us beforehand to give us your credit card information or we will call you after the repair is completed for credit card information.
2. Include a note inside the package:
A note is added security for shipping and helps to expedite the repair process. The note should contain your Name, Phone #, Email, return address, and a brief description of the issue you are experiencing.
3. Package the repair:
Please send only the microphone needing repair. Unless specifically instructed, do not send your headphones; doing so will only result in higher return shipping costs. Please remove the accessory packet from the box, as well as any clothing clips on the cord and the windsock from the microphone boom (a new one will be included with the repair). Make sure the product is properly and securely packaged to avoid damage. UFlyMike is not responsible for products lost, stolen or damaged.

International Customers: Please check with you local customs to see if you need to file any special paperwork in order to get a product returned to you without being charged duties. When shipping to us for repair, be sure the customs documentation lists the item as a "Repair" so we are not charged customs.
If there is any issue with customs being charged when it shouldn't, do not accept the package and contact us immediately. If the package is accepted, you have also accepted the charges and there is nothing we can do.
Warranty on Replaced Parts
Parts replaced during the repair process come with a 90 day warranty. If the product was still covered under warranty when the repair took place, then the replaced parts will be warrantied till the end of the standard warranty period or for 90 days, whichever is longer. Parts that were not replaced during the repair process are not covered by the new warranty.
Items will be considered unclaimed when in UFlyMike's possession for more than 90 days without prior notification and we are unable to contact the customer. If you have not heard from us in 2 weeks after we have received your item, please contact us.
Typical situations that result in items becoming unclaimed include:
- The customer not returning contact inquires via telephone and/or email
- Items arriving without documentation of ownership.
- Items arriving with erroneous contact information.
Unclaimed items left with UFlyMike for more than 90 days will be disposed of at the discretion of UFlyMike. UFlyMike is not responsible for loss due to unclaimed items being disposed of.
