Older UFlyMike products are still supported

We have had several customers contact us recently concerned that thier older UFlyMike is no longer supported or repairable.  This is false. While we no longer manufacture the previous generation of the UFlyMike to sell, we can and will repair any product we have ever made. We have no plans to cease supporting these products and will continue to offer repair service for them for the foreseeable future.

Now offering DHL Express shipping for International orders

Now offering DHL Express shipping for International orders

We are now offering DHL Express as a shipment option for our international customers.  DHL Express shipments are typically delivered in 1-3 business days and DHL offers a nice set of options for scheduling package delivery. If you have already placed an order and would like your package shipped DHL instead of FedEx, please let us know and we will switch it over. We will continue to offer FedEx International Priority as an option.

Harmony TSO Certification update

We are fully planning on getting the Harmony TSO Certified with the FAA.  However, in order to keep from having to do expensive retesting and time-consuming re-submission of documentation with the FAA, the product needs to be in it's final form.  I believe we have made all necessary revisions to the product, but some of the revisions are fairly new and I want to give them a little bit of time in the real world environment to make sure all the bugs are worked out. Shipping Schedule (updated September 5th)

Update September 5th: We were unable to ship last weeks orders due to the transition to automated assembly of the Aviation circuit boards taking 3 times longer than promised, which I am extremely unhappy about.  However, we do have circuit boards arriving today that were built by another assembler, so we will be shipping product this week.  I have not modified the schedule yet as I hope to catch back up in the next 1-2 weeks.  Order # Shipping Estimate*: 6001 - 6200 11 September - 15 September 6201 - 6400 18 September - 22 September 6401 - 6600 25...

More thoughts on the QC35

We have purchased a test set of the QC35 and are currently looking into the development of a Headphone Cable for it. The only potential pitfall I have found with the QC35 is that it appears the Bluetooth and ANR are inextricably linked, they are either both on or both off. While Bose does state that you get 40 hours of battery life with a wired connection, there is no reference to it disabling the Bluetooth connection. Tests I have done shows that the Bluetooth remains connected and does not automatically turn off when the wired connection is used. The...
